How to renew your application:

The award will be renewed for each year of the student’s continued attendance at a college or school in an accredited program leading to an Associate or Baccalaureate degree, or equivalent diploma. A report of grades is due to the Secretary of the Foundation at the conclusion of each semester. Fall semester grades are due by January 15 and Spring Semester grades are due by June 15 of each year.

The amount of the award may be adjusted from time to time according to changing circumstances. Renewal may be denied and awards discontinued by the Foundation when it finds insufficient evidence of need, unsatisfactory scholastic performance, late application, or incomplete or false information.

To be eligible for continuing awards from the Foundation at least 9 credit hours need to be completed, a 2.0 “gpa” must be achieved in the most recently completed semester and the student must continue to be a bona fide resident of Old Lyme or Lyme.
